GB&I Office Manager
The Role & Key Responsibilities
We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our growing business in Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I). We’re looking for someone who is a natural team player with excellent attention to detail, coupled with an unwavering focus on customer service. You will require an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, such as Outlook, Excel and Word, and be comfortable working with numbers, financial records and business systems. You will also need to have experience of using an ERP system; ideally AXl. You will utilise your skills and experience to support the business with all new or existing orders, customer liaison and understanding where orders are in the order process. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all appropriate business systems and records are up to date.
Delivering first class customer service (internal and external) – accurately processing orders in the AX system, customer liaison/support and responsibility for maintaining excellent communication with both the Supply Chain/Warehouse team and the GB&I Sales team
The ‘hub’ of the GB&I business – engage with key central and GB&I stakeholders to ensure that all appropriate business systems and records are up to date and are being met.
Office Management – lead a positive ‘can do’ team culture in Randalstown and oversee the smooth running of the office
