Manager, Pond Park – Lisburn, Salary: £32,294 to £37,839 Per annum

Pond Park is a supported living scheme that provides accommodation and support for young adults with a diagnosis of autism, learning disability and behaviour that can challenge.

Manager – Pond Park

As the Registered Manager you will have operational responsibility for managing the service and staff team. Your role will be key to the running and further development of the scheme and will be critical to the longer term success of service user outcomes. You will have a relevant professional or vocational qualification and at least 4 years’ post-registration work or practical experience in a relevant health and social care setting, including at least 2 years’ relevant experience in an operational management capacity. You should be an enthusiastic person who has a passion for caring and who want to impact our service users’ lives in a positive way.
