Customer Service Administrator

Reactive Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Logistics Administrator for our client based in Belfast;

Your day to day duties to include;

  • Providing support to clients on the phone/via email
  • Updating Customers on Delivery/Collection times
  • Communicating with drivers in relation to deliveries and collections
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • General administration

Your background;

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a logistics role
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • IT proficiency
