REED HR are delighted to assist our client who requires a motivated Learning & Development Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave

Responsible for:
Supporting the Learning & Development Manager to implement the training and development strategy
Ensuring effective training processes to meet the needs of the business
Build on the current in house e-learning offerings
Work with internal and external training providers to arrange training courses.
Establish a library of training collateral including course outlines and preferred training providers.
Assist with the collation of attendance records
The collation of training feedback and evaluation
Assist with management of the performance and development process
The organisation and maintenance of the company’s performance and development process
The organisation and facilitation of training sessions for managers and employees
Management of the Senior Manager Development programmes

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience of coordinating a company- wide personal development process
Competent to an advanced level in Excel and Word
Knowledge and capability in designing e-Learning packages
Demonstrate ability as a creative problem solver
Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Ability to deliver against agreed targets and objectives
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proven statistical research skills
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Able to travel between sites throughout NI & GB
