Internal/In-house Recruitment Manager

An Internal/In-house Recruitment Manager is required to join one of the UK’s fastest growing Recruitment Consultancies, whose clientele consists of some of worlds’ most prominent digitally-enabled brands.

Due to a vast increase in demand from existing and new clients, Anson McCade Recruitment is on the market for a skilled Internal/In-house Recruitment Manager to be actively involved within our Belfast and London operations.

We are an influential IT and Capital Markets Recruitment Consultancy, with a headquarters in London and offices across Belfast, Paris and Sydney.

Since opening our Northern Irish operation, Anson McCade Recruitment has grown by over 400%; making us one of the largest technical recruitment consultancies that Belfast has to offer.

Our ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years mean that the successful Internal/In-house Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the end to end management of all internal recruitment, as well developing and implementing sourcing strategies and talent acquisition.

 The ideal Internal/In-house Recruitment Manager will have/be:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced and challenging recruitment environment, in-house or agency.
  • Proven track record in managing end to end recruitment lifecycles
  • Experience in developing brand initiatives
  • Highly analytical, with a strong attention to detail
  • A drive to excel in a fast paced environment and desire to far exceed expectations
