Inside Sales Representative (Collaboration Software)

Vanrath have teamed up with a global leading collaboaration software companies to add excellent Sales professionals to their Belfast team.

The Role

As the Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for following leads gathered from webinars and events to generate new qualified business meetings and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads into meetings within the Eurpoean or US territories via phone, email, Social Media, etc.
  • Develop and interact with prospects that have various titles ranging from Manager to Director level
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve opportunity creation and revenue goals
  • Actively track and manage a pipeline of leads to achieve personal and company targets.

The Ideal Person:

  • 2+ years Telephone Sales/ Internal Account Manager experience, selling into the EMEA or US regions, preferably with a technology based product.
  • Polished and professional telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships over time with senior professionals to win business
  • High-energy with a proven track record of top performance and excellence
  • Self-discipline to handle large volumes of inbound and outbound call activity
  • Strong work ethic with drive to succeed and achieve goals
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Capable of relationship development and opportunity identification
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn a new technology with a drive to excel.

Note: Working hours require flexibility. The business will allow flexible start/ leave times, but require commitment to region hours at times, potentially 8pm finish times Monday to Thursday.
