Our client, a leading supplier of Payroll & HR Software Solutions are seeking to recruit an Implementation Project Manager to play an important role in the delivery of projects across NI from end to end.

Particularly keen on speaking with member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals or indeed Project Professionals who have gained experience in Payroll / Related Accountancy Software.

  • Management & delivery of the on boarding process of new clients, successfully from beginning to end within Implementation Team
  • Responsible for the day to day running of Implementation team and effectively manage the internal processes
  • Stakeholder engagement and management throughout the technology lifecycle
  • Ensuring successful provision of enhanced services from the current set of applications and services, both internally developed, and vendor supplied
  • Working closely with a team to deliver all technology services for business
  • On-boarding of new applications and services, both internally developed, and vendor supplied into the current application suite
  • Leading team of implementation staff

I am eager to speak with an experienced Project Manager who can demonstrate experience gained within a ‘tech’ firm and working with HR / Payroll technology. Additionally, you will;

  • Ideally degree educated in Business or related
  • Possess experience gained in Payroll / HR software projects
  • Possess excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Experience of vendor management and negotiation
  • In depth knowledge and experience of managing and delivering technology change
  • Holds a certification in (or can demonstrate extensive knowledge/ experience in the utilisation of) one of the Project Management methodologies and an ability to adapt and enhance this across a team
  • Knowledge of Service Management best practice frameworks
