VANRATH is presently partnering with a leading technology organisation based in Antrim, wishing to appoint a HR Officer to join the existing team of 3, including HR Manager, HR Officer and HR Administrator.

The company in question is a market leader in their field, with 110 employees in Antrim, 45 in USA and 5 in Australia.

The Role

  • Leading recruitment activities from planning to offer for 3 companies and helping with
    the on-boarding process.
  • Provide advice and support on human resource policies, procedures, legislation and
    employment agreements to employees and managers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Ensure all HR matters are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring employee records are kept up to date on internal systems and software
    packages such as People HR and Sage payroll.
  • Updating Monthly employee related reports.
  • Assisting with payroll for 3 companies.
  • Payroll for UK company using Sage Payroll software. Liaising with external payroll bureaus for other non UK companies.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the HR department

The Person

  • A minimum of 2 years HR officer experience.
  • A member of CIPD.
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment laws;
  • Experience in preparation and delivery of workshops;
  • Conflict resolution experience;
  • HR software experience
