HR Administrator (Professional Services) Belfast £22,000 per annum Permanent

Vanrath are delighted to be assisting our professional services client in Belfast to recruit for a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis

The Role

  • Manage the onboarding process for all the trainees – screening and administration of contracts
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of the trainee, newly qualified and secondee inductions
  • Enrol all future trainees onto relevant courses and oversee the processes
  • Organise and manage the administration for all the trainee process eg seat planning, qualification, performance management and secondments (twice a year)
  • Manage all the trainee administration processes
  • Oversee the bi-annual employee engagement and feedback surveys
  • Accurate HR reporting
  • Oversee the admissions process
  • Act as a key point of contact for general HR queries from trainees
  • Liaise with key Managers in the Belfast and London offices

The Person

  • Previous recruitment and general administration experience, essential
  • Previous experience within a busy department, essential. Professional services background would be desirable
  • 3rd Level education, essential
  • Strong experience of managing and administering processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking/HR systems
