Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Required for Belfast
What We Need:
Due to an increase in demand from existing and new clients we are currently seeking bright, determined and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us in ourBelfast Office Healthcare Division. As the successful candidate you will be provided with an already established desk to work within a team of Consultants and Sales Support Staff.

What The Role Entails:
This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas including:
ü Business Development
ü Winning New Business
ü Nurturing Existing Relationships
ü Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
ü Candidate Communication
ü Building Networks with Market Specialists
ü Advertising and Marketing all Current Roles
ü Salary and Rate Negotiation
What We Need From You:
ü 12 months experience in a business to business sales role
ü 5 GCSE’s grade A- C including Maths and English
ü A clear desire to excel in a fast paced environment
ü A capability to complete paperwork and maintain our high standards
ü An unrelenting work ethic
ü Unwavering confidence

The Nitty Gritty:
ü Office hours are Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
ü 1 Hour Lunch Break
ü 24 Hour on call service rota that all consultants partake of
ü Salary of £17000 per annum with bonus structure
