Your new company

Your new employer are a leading NI based Civil Engineering Contractor who require a Graduate / Junior Site Engineer for a permanent Northern Ireland based role. Specialising in a variety of works including road construction, maintenance, surfacing, small civils works and demolition, this contractor have secured long term NI based projects and are keen to add to their skilled work force that operate across a number of sites in County Antrim, County Down & County Armagh.

Your new role

Working to ISO quality standards, your new role as a Junior Site Engineer will see you join the onsite operational team to ensure each project is running efficiently. As a Site Engineer the expectancy will be to ensure each site is compiling to H&S regulations, setting out if required, ordering materials and supervising subcontractors. Projects will be based across Northern Ireland on several key sites predominantly focusing in County Antrim, County Down & County Armagh.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and hold an up to date CSR card. Ideally the successful applicant will hold 1 years’ experience however graduates with relevant placement year experience will also be considered. A preference will be held to those with experience on road projects or public realm / urban regeneration works. This role will require excellent communication skills and the candidate should have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
