Finance/Office Administrator

Client:

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for a Finance/Office Administrator for our client, based in Belfast City Centre. This is a fantastic job opportunity to join rapidly expanding company with offices in NI, GB and the US west coast.

Responsibilities:

This is a key role within the company, working with 3 partners and supporting an architectural team of 10.

You will be responsible for managing office financial administration procedures, sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, month end and working alongside the external Accountant.

Another element of this role will be processing monthly payroll for over 1000 staff, preparing invoices, credit control and providing monthly & weekly reports to Partners.

You will have responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the administration staff, and playing a mentoring roles to the receptionist and a junior administrator.

The Ideal Person:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will have prior exposure in administration to include, invoicing, payroll and monthly reporting.

You must be IT literate ideally with experience on SAGE or an accounting package and have a solid background of at least 5 years in administration.

You will be educated to degree level, ideally in an accountancy related subject and have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with the ability to resolve issues appropriately

Remuneration:

£18,000 – £22,000 per annum
