Finance Administrator (City Centre)

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for one of our clients based in the housing sector who are currently recruiting for a a Finance Administrator to join their office in the city centre on a temporary basis. The Finance Administrator will be required to support this busy department and will gain excellent experience. This role also comes with excellent work/life balance with a flexible working environment.

Duties include:

  • Maintain up to date files of all bank statements and banking correspondence
  • Assist in the investigation, identification, coding and recording of ad hoc receipts and payments
  • Undertake regular reconciliations of all bank accounts
  • Assist in the maintenance of records and processing of transactions pertaining to credit card expenditure
  • Act as the administrative liaison with bank relationship teams
  • Deal with external and internal queries via phone and mail as requested
  • Any other duties as required

The Ideal Person:

  • Previousexperience in a finance environment.
  • Purchase/sales ledger experience would be ideal.
  • Good communication skills and experience in a high volume. fast paced environment.

Remuneration:

£17,000 – £18,000
