Finance Administrator

c.£21-25k DOE

Our client is a well-established, successful and progressive Company with multiple sites across Northern Ireland.  Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a dedicated Finance Administrator to assist with the day to day finance operations of their site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded finance professional who has proven accounts/finance experience. 

Key Duties:

  • Cash and Bank Reconciliations
  • Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Stock Management
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly submissions
  • Preparation of KPI reports and management reports
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Key skills you will need will include:

  • Qualified / Part Qualified Accounting Technician qualification (IATI)
  • Excellent Ledger experience
  • Recent Stock Management experience
  • Proven IT Skills especially Excel
  • Can do attitude
  • A Team player
  • Enjoys working in a busy office and works efficiently and proactively
