Electrical design engineer (Larne, upo to £20.000 per hour plus holiday pay)

It’s a modern facility with a diverse team on a long term assembly project. Your new role
Following recent project wins they are in the position to be able to offer a twelve month rolling contract with tangible opportunities for permanency. The IPSD Power Generation Core Engineering Group is responsible for the development of all standard retail generator sets
The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Supervisor and will primarily carry out work on the development of new products and components, acting as electrical design lead on NPI projects. Responsibilities include: Processing of engineering drawings & data in line with company procedures & systems. Performing complex analysis work, identifying and resolving design problems Providing technical guidance on product and processes Communicating technical information to customers, team members, suppliers and other departments in a concise and accurate manner Providing technical support during product validation Keeping up to date on new technologies and / or developing new technologies Providing technical and general guidance to other engineers as required
What you’ll need to succeed
We would like to hear from third level qualified engineers who held a previous role in electrical design engineering, the role is challenging in a good way so we want to hear from creative engineers with a practical flare.
