Excellent opportunity for Desk Based Sales based in Belfast.
Position: Desk Based Sales
Employment Type: Permanent full-time
Salary: Dependant on experience – plus commission
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
You will be responsible for successfully maintaining and growing customer revenue spend through creating & developing tailored solutions for clients whilst offering the best Customer service.
- Creating client value with thorough understanding of their business
- Maintaining and growing customer revenue spend
- Delivering the best products and solutions to offer clients the best value possible
- Providing the best customer service when working with clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Meet and exceed KPI’s
- Creating and developing tailored solutions for clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Create, maintain and manage an up-to-date sales pipeline
- Apply and review tactical and strategic sales initiatives
- Work as part of a Team making outbound calls, B2B, within a specified geographical area.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the Telecoms industry
- Previous B2B sales experience in a new business or development role
- Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a high-level telesales position
- Experience in consultative selling to key decision makers
- A proven track record in generating new business as well as maintaining existing spends.
- PC skills including word and excel
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Great organisational skills
