Excellent opportunity for Desk Based Sales based in Belfast.

Position: Desk Based Sales

Employment Type: Permanent full-time

Salary: Dependant on experience – plus commission

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.



You will be responsible for successfully maintaining and growing customer revenue spend through creating & developing tailored solutions for clients whilst offering the best Customer service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating client value with thorough understanding of their business
  • Maintaining and growing customer revenue spend
  • Delivering the best products and solutions to offer clients the best value possible
  • Providing the best customer service when working with clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Meet and exceed KPI’s
  • Creating and developing tailored solutions for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Create, maintain and manage an up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Apply and review tactical and strategic sales initiatives
  • Work as part of a Team making outbound calls, B2B, within a specified geographical area.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Telecoms industry
  • Previous B2B sales experience in a new business or development role
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a high-level telesales position
  • Experience in consultative selling to key decision makers
  • A proven track record in generating new business as well as maintaining existing spends.
  • PC skills including word and excel
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
  • Great organisational skills
