We are working with an established employer based in Portadown for a Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent post and the successful candidate will be working within the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following;

  • Process and manager all order requirements
  • Liaise with customers regarding status of orders
  • Maintain customer records to include weekly reporting on order status
  • Preparation of reports for internal/external sales meetings and customer visits
  • Create and maintain customer records in SAP systems
  • Communicate order preferences with customers
  • Work with Buyers and Planners to achieve on-time customer deliveries
  • Follow and support Health, Safety & Environmental programs, policies, and procedures.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • 2 years’ demonstrable Customer Services experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with a global Company
  • Previous experience with SAP
