French Speaking Customer Service Executive

Full Time – Permanent

37.5 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer all Inbound calls as per call flow procedure                               
• Excellent French and English communication – Reading and Writing
• Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service   
• Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level.     
• Handling and solving Customer problems.
• First call resolution.
• Break schedule adherence.
• Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.  
• Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
• Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 12 Months experience in Customer Service Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English with professional telephone etiquette

Hours of Work:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Candidates must be flexible for changing shift patterns between 7am-8pm Monday to Saturday
Salary:
  • £18000 per annum
