Corporate Finance Manager

They are delighted to be in the position to offer the opportunity for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the their Senior Management team to provide specialist Corporate Finance support & advice across their local office network.
Your new role
You will have overall responsibility for day to day corporate finance case management, liaising with clients, banks, other institutions and professionals and reporting to the relevant partners. Building and developing strong relationships with fellow professionals and other intermediaries will be an important part of this role.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified chartered accountant with minimum of 2 years post-qualification corporate finance experience. You will have experience in:- M&A due diligence and advisory, company and business valuations, business planning and financial modelling. You will also have a sound understanding of tax considerations in corporate finance, strong report writing and interpersonal skills. You will be an ambitious individual with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative
