We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Change Lead to support various HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Workstreams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Change Lead to support various HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Workstreams.

The Change Lead will be a key role in the Transition and Transformation team with the successful candidate having responsibility for developing and managing change initiatives with the support of the Business Support Manager across the various contracts within the Belfast Shared Service Centre (UK travel may be required).

What you will do:

  • Manage small to medium projects within the BAU Change team
  • Drive opportunistic income within the Belfast site
  • Plan, schedule, and control Change to best fit the needs of the business
  • Be responsible for managing relationships between clients, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of change
  • Manage the whole lifecycle of change, from initiation, design and build, through to delivery and handover
  • Ensure successful delivery of Change and create necessary process maps and procedures

Your experience will include:

  • Experience in identifying change development opportunities that include opportunistic income within an outsourcing service
  • Experience of change management and leading changes from inception to implementation
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders and third-party providers at a high level
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to persuade and influence client and peer relationships
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage numerous change initiatives including leading workshops
  • Experience in HR, Payroll, or Recruitment outsourcing beneficial
