We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Change Analyst to support various HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Workstreams.

Becoming a Change Analyst with HR Solutions:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Change Analyst to support various HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Workstreams. The successful candidate will be involved in the impact assessment and delivery of client and internal Change requests, dealing with multiple clients across all sectors within the Belfast Site (UK travel may be required).

As a Change Analyst you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a Change request, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, feedback is collated for the impact to business areas, production of Impact documents, gaining approvals and the ultimate delivery of the Change request.

This is a fast-paced role, where there is a need to keep calm under pressure, be able to juggle a multitude of tasks, be organised with a keen eye for detail, whilst creating fantastic relationships with all stakeholders, producing high quality output and consistently delivering service excellence.

Integral to the role is the need to embrace a culture that encourages a level of innovation that anticipates rather than reacts to client and stakeholder needs.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with operational units and clients to validate change requirements
  • Issue Change requests to business areas and gain the impact of implementing a change
  • Provide weekly reporting to clients on the progress of your Change requests
  • Lead workshops and impact assessment meetings with key stakeholders
  • Manage business improvement projects and Change logs
  • Create Visio process maps and write procedures

Your experience will include:

  • Experience within a Change/Business Analyst role with proven successful Business Improvements (payroll initiatives advantageous)
  • Experience of creating process maps and writing process documentation, including various Microsoft packages including Visio and Word
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to deliver to short timescales
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability and confidence to challenge, persuade, and influence
  • Experience in business improvement and best fit practices
  • Experience in HR, Payroll, or Recruitment (desirable)
