Call Handler/Administrator Nightshift
In partnership with its client Cpl jobs are working with a successful and growing company who are looking for a call handler/administrator for their facility.
Job Responsibilities for Call Handler/Administrator
Answering main calls coming into the business
Organising breakdown callouts
Liaising with customers and service providers
Processing and recording of data from various sources
Invoice matching and creation
General admin tasks
Candidates must have the following:
Customer Service/call handling experience
1 year experience within a administrative role
Have a flexible approach to the working of shift patterns to cover the role
Have worked a nightshift previously
Hours of work
Working on a shift pattern between the hours of 8pm – 8am 42 hours per week.
Hours may be flexible but some Saturday and Sundays will be required.
The successful candidate will be training on a dayshift for 6 weeks so candidates must be available during the day for this training period.
Hourly rate of pay £9.50 per hour
