We are currently working in connection with our client in the Lurgan/Craigavon area to source Customer Service Enthusiasts to join their vibrant contact centre!

Rapid Resourcing are proud to be supporting our successful outsourcing Contact Centre client in the Lurgan/Craigavon area!

Purpose:

As a Customer Agent, you will act as the main point of contact for clients’ customers providing excellent standards of Customer Service and handling queries efficiently.

The Role:

  • Handle customer queries across a broad range of topics
  • Deliver high performance in the contact centre whilst adhering to various KPI’s & targets
  • Focus strongly on performance whilst working within a team structure
  • Use interpersonal skills to ensure you provide the customer with the best solution to their query
  • Proactively promote products, services & solutions at all times
  • Undertake additional duties when required by the business

Basic Requirements:

  • Fluency in written & spoken English
  • Strong focus on Customer Service
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong Computer/IT skills
  • Ability to think critically & use own initiative to solve problems
  • Exceed targets
  • Interest in Smart Phone Technology & Broadband

This is a Full Time/PermanentPosition. Shifts will be scheduled & advised 2 weeks in advance.

Pay Rate: National Minimum Wage

The operational hours of business are as follows:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 9 pm

Saturday & Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm

Note: Full-time employees are not expected to work every weekend. You will usually be scheduled to work 1/3 weekends.
