Our client, Teleperformance in Newry are currently recruiting ambitious & driven individuals for their contact centre!

Rapid Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of our Call Centre client, Teleperformance to source Customer Service Enthusiasts for their new campaign coming to their Newry site!

The Role:

  • Full Time Available
  • Full Flexibility required across operational business hours
  • 8 days of classroom training (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
  • Modern & lively contact centre environment

Requirements:

  • An interest in providing first-class Customer Service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems & software
