Cafe Supervisor sought for newtownabbey based coffee shop. Between £8.50 and £10.50 depending on experience
On behalf of our client, a Newtownabbey based Coffee Shop- Café with an excellent reputation for locally sourced and freshly prepared meals and snacks, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Café Supervisor.
Reporting to the Café Manager, the Café Supervisor will be responsible for:
·Taking initiative with general cafe tasks
·Maintaining and enhancing a high level of customer service over each area.
·Cash handling and till operation.
·Staff training, maintaining coffee standards and continuous development of baristas.
·Work closely with in-house staff members to maintain high standards of food and service.
·Resolving any issues including staff morale, staff disputes and any unusual issues that occurs in a busy café.
·A minimum of 1 year’s previous café management experience within a fast paced environment
·Be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong customer focus and ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver the best possible customer service.
·Be calm, friendly and approachable.
Hours of work: 40 hours. Between Monday to Saturdat 8.45am-5pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
An hourly rate between £9.50 and £10.50 per hour depending on skills and experience(19.7k-21.8k per annum). Plus benefits and paid holidays. Free car parking.
