Description

Erin Agencies are responsible for developing the Nomination Italy jewellery brand throughout Ireland. Our aim is to recruit and support independent jewellers to develop awareness and sales of the Nomination Composable bracelet and fashion jewellery collections.

Location: Mobile: Travelling throughout Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Package: Salary £20-25k depending on experience + bonus/commission + car/car allowance

The Role

  • You will be primarily responsible for growing existing business in independent retailers.
  • Supporting retailer through coaching & motivating sales staff
  • Demonstrating and improving the knowledge of product amongst retailers
  • Capture orders and ensure range, display and occasion opportunities are maximised
  • Create local business plans to incorporate advertising and promotional activity

A secondary responsibility will be in the promotion of the brand with consumers at events and through supporting the execution of the Nomination Italy marketing campaigns across various media.

  • Attendance at sales exhibitions and promotional events
  • Advocate and promote the brand through social media, directly or through customer accounts
  • Network at industry events, communicate with key influencers and get creative with your own ideas

You will travel widely across all parts of the territory, and that will require overnight stays and flexibility of working hours.

The Person

  • An energetic and positive approach to selling a desirable, luxury product.
  • Strong communication skills enabling the creation of great relationships with customers and Nomination colleagues.
  • Experience of, or the desire to, actively sell to and engage with jewellery customers in a retail environment
  • A reasonable level of competency with current social media platforms

Strong administrative discipline, basic competence with IT systems
