Business Development Consultant - Field & Office Based - City Centre Location

VANRATH Sales & Marketing are currently sourcing for a Business Development Consultant for our client, a local professional services business with a great reputation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished sales professional to develop a leading brand name in the local market place and receive a market leading salary and OTE.

The Role

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for developing new and growing existing business by working consultatively as a trusted business partner. You will make recommendations based on your findings and ensure that services are exceptionally well managed to completion.

You’ll be confident in building long term and profitable business relationships and delivering high level customer service. You will be responsible for devising and executing your own business strategy.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Achieves strategic objectives
  • Achieves agreed annual growth target across assigned customer portfolio
  • Accurate projection of developing revenue
  • Completes and maintains account plans

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Account Management or B2B Sales within professional services or similar industry
  • Experience negotiating with senior level professionals.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full driving licence

Remuneration

  • Excellent basic and OTE
