 Job Description

First Choice is urgently looking for Administration staff at various levels located in Belfast AND Lisburn

First Choice are currently recruiting administration staff for their Public Sector clients across Belfast and Lisburn.

Duties

  • Use of company computer system.
  • Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
  • Filing, photcopying.
  • Dealing with queries via the telephone, by email or face to face.
  • Making appointments.
  • General administration duties.

Requirements;

  • 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous Administration Experience

Desirable Experience;

  • OCR/RSA Stage II Text processing, or equivalent
Rates of pay
Band 2 – £7.83
Band 3 – £8.49
Band 4 – £9.83
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
