Office Administrator

Ballymena

£ Negotiable DOE

We are on the look-out for an office manager to join our client’s growing team in Ballymena.

How you will spend your day:

  • Replying to all client queries through e-mail, telephone and in person
  • Maintaining accurate records, and correctly filing reports
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • General administrative duties

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • IT proficiency, especially MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adequately prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
