Reporting to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices and for the timely reconciliations of supplier statements.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices and for the timely reconciliations of supplier statements. You will also be responsible for the resolution of queries both internally as well as externally. This is a busy, high volume, target driven department and this role is suited to a thorough and meticulous individual with good attention to detail who can work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.

You should have strong computer skills and be experienced with working with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger function although the role is also suitable for candidates with an Accounts Administration background with the right skills and approach. Experience of Protean or similar ERP systems is also desirable.

As this is a busy team environment you will need to be a good team worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Due to the nature of the business and transactions you will be processing, experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
