Accounts Administrator

We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to control our client rent accounts. Working in a busy office on Belfast’s Lisburn Road, duties will include the following:

  • Updating tenant rent charges on in-house accounting system daily
  • Processing rent receipts and landlord payments
  • Processing supplier invoices to purchase ledger and settling supplier payments
  • Preparing BACS and cheque payments
  • Updating all spread sheets for incoming and outgoing payments
  • Bank reconciliations for all rent accounts
  • Issuing rent invoices where applicable
  • Processing new landlord/tenant files on in-house accounting system
  • Preparing bank lodgements
  • Accounts experience is essential, experience of property rent accounts is desirable, but not a requirement.

Working hours- 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary- £17,000 – £19,000 depending on experience
