We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading medical consultancy based in South Belfast

Reporting to the Office Manager main duties will include:

  • Assisting with sales ledger and credit control processes
  • Preparing accurate management information
  • Providing support in tasks such as reconciliation of bank accounts, operation of purchase ledger and general administrative duties
  • Generating invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaise as required with Managers and Administrators
  • Supporting colleagues in other departments

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar accounts / finance position
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
