Support Workers, Carrickfergus, Adult Learning Disability, Autism and Acquired Brain Injury Service Users

Your new company
Specialist care provider who offer bespoke services to adults with Learning Disabilities, those on the Autistic Spectrum and those with Acquired Brain Injuries. They offer Supported Living, Day Care Services and supported employment. This organisation are seeking Support Workers to join them on an ongoing basis.

Your new role
You will work with adults who are on specialist and tailored care packages to promote their independence. As a Support Worker you could be assisting in Supported Living options or Day Care where you will work with the service user to help them achieve their aims and goals.

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities or Autism is essential, you must also have a minimum of 6 months paid or voluntary experience within Social Care. An up to date NISCC registration and an Enhanced Access NI are also requirements of the role however an Access NI will be provided free of charge by Hays.
