Your new role
Reporting to the Sourcing Manager on site, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Sourcing department through project management of imported goods using Critical Path Methodology. You will raise purchase orders for all packaging and materials using internal MRP software to monitor the procurement process, booking in goods received whilst liaising daily with external transport companies and global suppliers. Also, the Sourcing Coordinator will work effectively with all departments such as logistics, warehouse, sales, finance etc whilst performing all other functions necessary for the team.

What you’ll need to succeed
Your A Level’s and (preferred) degree qualification or equivalent along with advanced skills using MS packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook will lead to success. Also, you will be able to work cooperatively as part of a successful team and communicate with external suppliers on a global scale.
