Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to ensure that the strategic HR and wider business plans are achieved within your Business Unit; key deliverables will be supporting and driving improved employee experience, building on our employee engagement levels and demonstrating a clear link to improved business performance.

You will provide leadership and direction to the site HR teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their role in enabling the site to achieve its business plans and objectives, motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.  You will ensure each site is aligned and compliant with group policies, practices and standards, ensuring governance and consistency whilst also being SOX compliant.  This role will support and enable the teams to deliver effective communication processors, building a great platform for increased engagement and improving our employee’s experience.  You will work cross functionally with other Business Unit Senior HR Business Partner’s to continuously improve and innovate the HR service; being relentless in your desire to enhance our ways of working will be key to your success.

The ability to make complex simple is a must.

This is a senior role within our business unit management team and is therefore suited to someone who has a passion for HR excellence with a proven track record at HR managerial level across a mutli site organisation and is CIPD qualified. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of change management programmes and have excellent commercial and financial acumen.
