Preparation of New and Used Car deal files for invoicing (including applying for warranties)Administration of New & Used Vehicle deal file auditing – including analysis reporting Auditing of all New & Used Sales Test Drive paperwork to Toolkit standards. General Sales administration as required.

About you…

Essential:

  • Educated to GCSE level in Maths & English at Grade C (or equivalent).
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Be a confident, well presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills  including a well presented and complete application form
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Desirable:

  •  At least 1 years’ experience in an administration role gained in a busy office environment.
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge/ADP would be beneficial
  • At least 1 years’ experience within the area of Audit administration
