You will join a team a team of dedicated professionals, be part of a very supportive team, be part of a great working environment and working atmosphere. The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9-5. Salary for this role is £20,000

Your new role

  • Processing a high volume of product orders and order data entry
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Supporting the Sales/Operations team with general operational tasks, to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Taking phone calls from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Daily check of stock levels via ERP system and resolution of stock anomalies
  • Assisting with Approved Supplier and Approved Haulier data acquisition
  • Liaise with Transport department to ensure timely deliveries

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years experience in a sales order processing role and proficient in the use of all Microsoft office packages
