Description

Due to our continued expansion within the online recruitment advertising market in NI we now wish to recruit an Account Manager.

With strong ambitions to grow NI Jobs have increased their market share and are implementing world class e-recruitment technology. Initially the successful candidate’s focus will be on new business with a view to building a strong customer base.

The Role – Account Manager (New Business)

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a high performing sales team in a successful online company.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can learn quickly with enthusiasm, along with a professional image and the proven ability to deliver and exceed targets.

In particular we are looking for those who are target-driven and results orientated. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, building a sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals and key account management with B2B clients is desirable.

You will have a professional approach, representing our company in a positive manner. The role involves business development, prospecting and lead generation, account management, client presentations, sales reporting, use of CRM systems and sales forecasting.

You must have a full drivers licence.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in B2B sales – preferably in the Recruitment, Media or Advertising Industries.

The Opportunity

We offer a base salary of £18,000, in addition this you will earn uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses with an OTE of £25,000 in year 1 rising to £35,000+. We also offer pension and health care cover. Our staff members who consistently perform will be given opportunities to attend overseas company events and work abroad for our sister companies.

As an international organisation there is potential for career progression both within and outside Ireland.
