Resourcing Consultant, Hays IT, Belfast City Centre

A full time Resourcing Consultant role working in our Information Technology division based in Belfast City Centre, £16.5k + generous bonus structure (OTE of up to £20k), involving candidates generation, screening applications, interviewing candidates over the telephone & face to face, working 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your new role 

As a Resourcing Consultant in Belfast, you will be responsible for generating new candidates to place with our clients within our IT division. You will write adverts to display on the Hays website and other job boards in order to maintain a consistent stream of talent coming through to the business. You will conduct telephone and face to face screening interviews, marketing candidates to the marketplace and updating our clients in order to grow & maintain relationships. You will check all necessary compliance documentation, updating all required information on our database and carry out regular audits to maintain 100% compliance at all times. 

What you’ll need to succeed 

You will have a proven track record of success in previous employment within sales, customer service or resourcing & must have the ability to thrive in a high performance, targeted environment.  Extensive IT skills are essential for this position.  Given the nature of this role you’ll also need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.  You will need an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic to ensure that the data and compliance records are accurate and complete.
