The Client

Our client is a leading wealth management company who are going through a period of growth and expansion. They deliver a range of corporate services across Northern Ireland.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis.

Typical duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Screening and directing calls effectively
  • Booking meeting rooms and providing corporate hospitality
  • Typing confidential correspondence
  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Scanning documents
  • Updating internal systems
  • Transactional administration

The Person

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a front of house/ receptionist function within a professional services environment. They will be presentable and personable as they will be the first point of contact for the client.

Salary

The base salary is £18,000 but negotiable.
