Excellent contract role for Payroll professional with thriving, locally owned business

HNH Human Capital has been exclusively appointed to recruit a PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR for a market leading, locally owned company in east Belfast. This is approx. 12 mth maternity cover position.

This will be a varied role sitting within a small finance team. Excellent working environment, very tight knit and supportive team and there is the potential for flexibility in terms of hours etc.

Central Responsibilities: 

  • Payroll – weekly payroll for 35 staff including entering payroll details from timesheets, pension and holiday management. 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger & Invoicing
  • Company Credit payment reconciliations
  • Maintaining company vehicle and insurance details.  
  • General Admin and ad hoc duties.

This is an immediate requirement and we will be collating CVs and shortlisting for interviews ASAP with a view to appointing the right person swiftly. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, but will be around the £18-22k mark.
