Temporary PA / Office Manager Role paying £21K, 2 months with potential of permanency.

Your new role
You will be required to develop and maintain IT based systems for administration and record keeping and maintain the filing system. You will be the line management of administrative team including appraisal and staff development and allocating work to the staff as appropriate. You will also be required to proactively maintain company website and social media and maintain Calendar of events and appointments, prepare and issue relevant papers and documentation for all Board of Director Committee meetings attend meetings and take minutes and screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have strong competency in using Microsoft office applications in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner. You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grades A-C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics. RSA Stage 2 in Word Processing /Typewriting Skills (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment. You must also have a flexible approach with ability to work and cope with tight deadlines, willingness to work an occasional evening to facilitate Board of Director meeting.
