Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will work within an integrated and dynamic team, taking overall responsibility for monitoring the day to day operation of the company’s activity.

The primary focus of the Operations Manager is on the management, enhancement and control of the company’s products from design and development through to customer delivery, ensuring that our digital solutions are robust and successful.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You will work with development, sales and delivery counterparts to define the go-to-market strategy, helping your colleagues to understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.


  • The development and delivery of several projects in tandem from concept to delivery
  • Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s products and services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success
  • Provide and delivering clear and concise business reporting
  • Perform analysis such as critical path and risk analysis
  • Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems
  • Establish and supervise a quality assurance process for delivery of all products and services
  • Work in conjunction with the Sales Director to review and approve proposed product releases
  • Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the business
  • Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Oversee Marketing, Blogs and Social Media activity

Essential Criteria:

  • Educated to degree standard
  • Prince II Accredited Practitioner would be advantageous or similar qualification
  • A sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, with experience of Microsoft Project a distinct advantage
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within a relevant industry
  • Well versed in digital technology
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites throughout Ireland and the UK. You must also be prepared to travel outside of the UK on request
