First Choice Selection Services have an excellent opportunity for a Timber Yard Office Manager to join an expanding company based in Dromore.

Job Purpose

To be responsible in the day to day running of a busy office carrying out administration, financial and customer service tasks.

 

Duties

  • Dealing with correspondence and queries – via email, by telephone or face to face
  • Preparation of reports
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff members
  • Implementing and maintaining company procedures
  • Use of company computer systems
  • Delegation of tasks
  • Attending meetings with Company Directors and Senior Managers
  • Ensuring the companies health and safety policy is implemented and followed
  • Recording of information – Staff personnel records and client information
  • General day to day Administration

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Previous experience working in an office environment preferable within a timber or builders yard
  • Excellent leadership skills whilst being a team player
  • Clean driving licence

 

Desired Criteria

  • Sage experience preferable
  • 3rd level education

 

Package

 

8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
