Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our market leading Client based in the Antrim Area. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Operations manager and be responsible for all daily administration duties in the office.

Key Duties

The Office Administrator will be responsible for the following;

  • Liaising with customers and managing customer accounts and ensuring needs are met
  • Communication of any issues to Management daily.
  • Assist with telesales function within the company.
  • Compilation of all despatch / invoicing documentation.
  • Filing and archiving of all production records.
  • Recording of all stock/storage and distribution.
  • Up loading information on Navision
  • Ensuring that all visitors and contractors sign in and do not enter the production facilities without management approval.
  • Up keep of Bill Of Materials
  • Contact with other departments to obtain and convey information as required.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Operations Manager to fully support the management team and business needs

Essential Criteria:

The Office Administrator must be able to demonstrate to following;

  • 1 Years minimum experience in a similar environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
