Career opportunity in customer facing South Belfast Office. Graduate with Customer service and administrative skills.

We have a great opportunity for a graduate looking for a career in a customer service, sales and administrative based environment.

The role will involve working in an office in the South Belfast area. You will answer calls and deal with customers face to face to answer enquiries and resolve issues. As the administrator, you will also be responsible for collating documents, maintaining records and preparing reports. From time to time the Office Administrator may need to collect products or visit sites so the ability to drive will be needed. The role will be fast paced and involve lots of Multi-tasking in a warm and supportive small team.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • A degree in a business or social science related degree

  • Excellent IT skills- word, excel and outlook.

  • Strong customer service skills in a business to business setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and organise your daily tasks as well as strong attention to detail.

  • Be highly professional in appearance and ethos.

  • Have a strong work ethic and the enthusiasm to learn and progress in a business environment.

  • Have a full driving licence.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and salary offered is between £18 and 20K depending on skills and experience. This will also be a career opportunity for the right individual and you can expect skill development and support within this career.
