The role

To support the operational and administrative function of a professional services practice. Key duties to include:

  • Providing a professional first point of contact for the business.
  • Maintaining diaries within the office and scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting in the provision / maintenance of management information and ensuring databases are updated promptly.
  • File management – Archiving, house keeping of files & closure, both in hard copy form and electronically.
  • Dealing with incoming / outgoing post.
  • General administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.

Essential Criteria

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • RSA Stage 1 / 11 word processing / text processing
  • Excellent administrative / organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and service levels.
  • Excellent Team player

Package

The salary for this role is £17K. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
