We are working with a marketing leading food manufacturer for an Office Administrator to join their team. This is maternity cover for up to 12 months and the successful candidate will be working as part of a larger team. The role is based in Kilrea.

Job Purpose:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative activities within the office to include: purchase orders, credit control, resolving customer queries and data input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative duties
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Credit Control
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Data Input onto CRM system

Essential Criteria:

  • Recent experience of working in an administrative role
  • Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience of developing strong customer relationships
