Marketing & Administration Assistant

Bond Search & Selection is a multi-award winning Recruitment Consultancy. We are now celebrating our 15th year and to help promote our business we require an enthusastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. 

Job Responsibilities

  • This will be a very varied role, and would be ideal for an outgoing, enthusiastic person
  • You will be responsible for all marketing campaigns including the maintainence of company social media pages
  • You will also be involved in data entry, updating database records and providing support to the adminitration team
  • This role will require a proactive approach, the ideal person should always be looking at new ways to get the company name known through social media and other advertising mediums
  • The role will involve designing and making ad campaigns and leaflets to distribute through social media, aiming to improve their social media presence

Skills/ Experience Required

  • Maths and English grade C in GCSE
  • Your will need to be confident speaking with customers at any level
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Customer service experience is essential

Salary will be in the region of £16,000 per annum.
