Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Market Pricing Analysis on behalf of a Global Leading Manufacturing firm based in Dungannon. The Market Pricing Analyst will be responsible for recommending pricing strategies, price management systems, and developing rules and standards to deliver on financial goals.

Key Duties:

The Market Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the following;

  • Conducting Market research and overseeing the maintenance of pricing data
  • Developing and Implementing analytical key performance indicators and recommendations
  • Ensuring analytics are utilized when making pricing decisions to improve profitability
  • Providing expertise in mathematics modelling and statistics to help drive strategic direction of the company
  • Provide input into budgeting and forecasting process, including assisting in developing specific revenue management initiatives
  • Assess competitor price positions and price strategy, draw similarities and differences with company strategy and makes recommendations as needed
  • Assist in developing executive level presentations related to overall pricing strategy, execution of pricing optimization project, and pricing program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales, finance and the commercial team as needed in designing customer pricing models to maximize revenue effectiveness
  • Work with cross functional teams to support the implementation and execution of proposed processes. This will include creating appropriate training and support materials for end users, developing business rules & monitoring their effectiveness as well as maintenance of the solution tools.

Essential Criteria:

The Market Pricing Analyst must be able to demonstrate to following;

  • 4 years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree in finance, mathematics, statistics or economics
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence internal and external environments
  • Significant experience and aptitude in business data capture and analysis
